Rebranded Store for Packing and Shipping in Highland, IL Opens in O’Fallon, IL

December 13, 2019 – – Highland, IL. – The O’Fallon community recently got an upgrade when it comes to packing and shipping in Highland, IL. The Mail Box Store, a small business specializing in packing, shipping, and printing, has opened its third location in Illinois. Customers may be familiar with Post Pack and Ship, which was set to close its doors in October before The Mail Box Store stepped in to keep the store open.

The store was remodeled in October. New equipment was added along with several more services upon The Mail Box Store taking the helm. The walls were repainted, and new hardwood flooring was installed. The new look and makeover are just one part of The Mail Box Store brand that customers can expect to experience, like the mailing store in Highland, IL.

“We’ve brought over three decades worth of training, knowledge, and experience to the O’Fallon area,” said President and CEO Eliot Deters. “We’re excited to be part of the community here and to offer our outstanding level of customer service to everyone we meet.”

The O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 637 West Highway 50 location on December 5th in honor of the new and improved pack and ship store. The Mail Box Store will have a prize drawing that day for various items including a 65” TV, a wireless Bluetooth speaker and more. Customers can register by completing a form at the store between now and December 5th.

Deters looks forward to the event and is focused on offering more than material goods. “Our motto is ‘Service Above Stamps’ and we try to instill that mindset in our staff,” he said. “We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for people and doing whatever we can, so they have a pleasant experience in our store.”
