E-Sol International Corp. Announces Name and Symbol Change

DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / April 24, 2015 / E-Sol International Corp., (OTC: ESIT) announced today that effective at the opening of trading on Monday, April 27, 2015 the name of the company will be changed to Burn Entertainment Corporation, and the new trading symbol will be BTVN.

Shareholders do not need to surrender their certificates in this corporate action. Stockholders holding shares in “street name” do not need to take any action as a result of this name change.
