With more than 30-years of experience in the print trade, Richard French has recently retrained and moved into a new industry due to a reduction in work following the Covid-19 lockdown. Novice Training – Ideal for trainees with little or no experience, this course will cover all the skills, and knowledge beginners require.

Experienced – Perfect for trainees who have previous experience but no formal qualifications. – or previous certificate is older than 5 years old.

Safety/Refresher – previous training needs to be a maximum of 5 years ago, recommended 3-5 years.

Conversion training – Suitable for operators who have had full basic training on a rider operated lift truck (usually a counterbalance or reach) and is required to operate a truck of a different category, they can usually take a conversion course, PC p.m. rather than another full novice course to bridge the knowledge gap.
