The Australian Institute of Accreditation, a nationwide food safety course provider, has launched an online Food Safety Supervisor & Food Handling Certificate Course, nationally recognized and entirely available online.

November 29, 2021

For those who are looking to work as a food safety supervisor or to handle food, be it in retail or hospitality environments, getting accreditation is important. As such, the Australian Institute of Accreditation has launched a new range of four online courses to help you get the specific qualifications that can apply to professionals across industries.

These four new courses are nationally recognized, valid in NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, WA, TAS, NT, and SA. These include industry-specific Food Safety Supervisor courses, one for Hospitality workers and one for Retail workers, which cover essential information on safe food handling and storage practices within each of those specific environments. There are also Food Handling Certificates for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, from teaching the basics of handling, preparing, displaying and serving food safely to the more complex skills required in commercial culinary environments.

The food safety sources from the Australian Institute of Accreditation are already highly trusted in the industry. They have an “Excellent” rating on TrustIndex, come with no hidden costs, and have a satisfaction guarantee that offers 100% money back if clients do not like their service. Already, national companies such as The Coffee Club and Hungry Jack’s are using their food handling and food safety supervisor courses for their own employees.

The Australian Institue of Accreditation takes an “ABC” course structure approach to the training that they provide. “A” is their interactive learning module that makes learning more engaging, with questions built in to build an understanding of the topic of the course. “B” is a range of multiple-choice and scenario questions that help learners grasp not only the concepts of the topics but apply them to some contexts that they may encounter in real life. “C” is their Workplace Observation Report, which can be done entirely online and be sent directly to co-workers or supervisors.
