HGD is excited to start 2022 off with three new partners who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm.

The Heninger, Garrison, Davis, LLC (HGD) team is starting the year off with some exciting news, as the firm begins the year with three new partners. The partnership committee has endorsed Mark Ekonen, Caroline Hollingsworth, and Brandy Robertson for partnership.
Each party brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization, enhancing its ability to serve its clients.
Mark is an Alabama native that has lived and traveled throughout the southeast United States. With degrees from North Carolina State University, University of Alabama School of Law, and University of Florida Levin College of Law, Mark brings his legal acumen and business background to the partnership.
Caroline is another Alabama native who knew from a young age that she wanted to become an attorney – a passion that runs through her family. She attended the University of Alabama for her undergraduate studies before furthering her studies at William Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas. After passing the bar in 2011, she immediately began working at HGD and specializing in helping clients impaired by medical devices or harmful products.
Finally, Brandy brings to the table a wealth of experience and recognition for both her legal skills and leadership abilities. Having graduated with degrees from both the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the Birmingham School of Law, she joined HGD in 2011. She joined Caroline in helping clients damaged from medical devices or harmful products before moving to HGD’s civil litigation department. She now represents clients who have been wronged or injured. Her practice areas generally include personal injury, civil sexual abuse, wrongful death, nursing home abuse/negligence, and medical malpractice matters.
Each of the partners brings a unique and valuable perspective to the firm, which has been the cornerstone of the success of HGD since its inception. As the firm grows and evolves, bringing these three new partners on board is exciting and will help lead the firm into its next chapter.
