About Upmind

Upmind originally began development as in-house software for a large web hosting group. The original concept focused on creating internal software to co-ordinate billing and management throughout a number of different brands and support teams. The hosting group was sold in 2017. The software that had already been developed was spun out, leading to the creation of Upmind. 

Working with hosting systems in their previous work, the founders understood the frustrations of billing systems and wanted to develop a solution that would make this side of the business easier to manage. Speaking about the story behind Upmind, CEO Sebastian de Lemos says:

“There are millions of hosting resellers globally. Some are large; most are small, often web design firms that have a few dozen hosting clients on retainers.
