There have always been two types of cooler categories available; hard sided and cool sided. Each have their advantages and disadvantages in areas of durability, leaking, portability and weight, and typically where one succeeds, the other is lacking. FOAM is a groundbreaking new cooler that takes the best of both worlds by utilizing EVA Foam (the same foam used in CROC shoes), to create a next generation of cooler that is lightweight, durable and dishwasher safe.

“My family has food allergies so we bring a cooler everywhere. There are three things that always bothered me about coolers. 1. Why are the best coolers so heavy, big and expensive? 2. Why do coolers always break, rip or leak so easily? 3. Why is there not a dishwasher safe cooler?” says founder David Kittle on the inspiration behind the project. “There had to be another way…But, there wasn’t…at first… That’s how FOAM was born.”

FOAM uses advanced closed-cell EVA foam insulation that keeps contents chilled all day. The insulated body and lid keeps items cold for 12 to 72 hours depending on outside conditions and use rate. Due to its cross-linked foam and rubber structure, FOAM has exceptionally high durability and superior impact absorption making it perfect for adventures and practically indestructible. Even better it is the only cooler that’s 100% dishwasher safe, which makes for easy cleanup after some serious fun. Clocking in at only 4 pounds and available in several colors, the flexible yet sturdy FOAM also floats making it perfect for those hot days at the pool or lake.
