Yottled provides salons 30+ free tools to deal with Inflation

Yottled is a free software that helps service providers in the beauty industry survive this ongoing inflation. It has spread like a wildfire and 500+ salons have already started using Yottled just in last 2 months.

Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States – November 17, 2022

Yottled, a thriving start-up, is rigorously helping salons and spas to reduce operational costs by providing free all-in-one business management software, eliminating payment processing fees, and offering a free point of sale (PoS) system.

According to Nielseniq, inflation has badly hit the beauty industry in 2022. The prices for beauty products across retailers, and department stores have increased by 20%. Salons, spas, and makeup artists are some of the biggest purchasers of these products. The rent, wages, and other costs are sharply raising as well.

To help the spas, salons, makeup artists, hairdressers, lash artists, and nail studios, to deal with this inflation, Yottled came up with a unique solution.

We realized if we provide our scheduling and appointment booking software for free, it’s going to reduce a salon’s operational cost by at least $1,500 to $3,600 per year. We have decided to include all the features like unlimited text and email notifications, forms, credit card storage on file, storefront, and other 30+ features without any additional cost. You can even add unlimited staff members’ calendars for scheduling,” said Yottled co-founder and CEO, Trevor Hough.

Payment processing fee waiver + free PoS

Another money-saving feature Yottled offers is the elimination of payment card processing fees, which take up to 3% of the revenue. Yottled gives the option to shift these fees to customers’ final bills and let the businesses keep the entire revenue by themselves. They also provide a free PoS machine with the latest NFC technology to salons, spas, and any service provider in the beauty industry.

But then how Yottled makes money?

We don’t charge anything to businesses. Instead, we charge a small convenience fee to the end customer when they make a payment using Yottled’s payment processor. For example, when a customer books a haircut with a salon and pays for that transaction, we add a tiny convenience fee to their final bill. The cost of the entire software is borne by the final customers and businesses use the entire software for free, forever, with everything unlimited,” explained Mr. Hough.
