Excellence ‘High Five’ for Strategic Proposals. Win-focused business proposals consultancy adds fifth award success
High-level recognition for its Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) approach joins accolades across Strategic Proposals’ win record.
London, England, United Kingdom – February 7, 2024 —
Proposal management specialist, Strategic Proposals, has added WIBAP EDI’s ‘Team of the Year’, its latest award, to a series of industry excellence successes. The London-based company’s awards campaign is part of an active continuous improvement policy, driving agile strategic thinking and consistent best outcomes for clients.
The EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) recognition was particularly welcome, given the company’s EDI commitment and values.
Strategic Proposals MD, Jon Williams, said:
“Internally, we’ve been on a huge journey as a business over the past ten years. And externally we’ve tried our utmost to help contribute to EDI initiatives in the profession – conducting the research that led to WIBAP being formed; initiating the programme that created the UK bid & proposal apprenticeship scheme; creating our bursary scheme to help with training and exam fees for those less advantaged; putting wellbeing at the centre of events such as “Rising Stars”.
Those efforts have been on-going over the past year. It’s lovely to be recognised. More importantly, it’s lovely that some of the things we’ve done have made a positive difference.”
The Strategic Proposals senior bid and proposals’ managers, trainers, writers and creative design experts continue to gain recognition, and the latest award comes on the back of further success across EDI, for Research Director Kat Wyon (WIBAP ‘Choice Award’), with colleague Mairi Morrison, Senior Proposal Manager, shortlisted for EDI campaigner.
The EDI awards join Strategic Proposals Loopio Partner Awards ‘Mastery Award;’ APMP Contribution to the Profession Award for Director Graham Ablett – for contribuition to the develoment of the bid and proposal profession – and a Stevie Gold Award for Best Integration of Thought Leadership into the Sales Process, a win against international field – with more than 2,300 nominations across 49 countries.
