(OTC:HMPQ), a researcher, developer and marketer of industrial hemp products, is pleased to announce it has signed a strategic partnership with Independence LED Lighting, LLC, of Wayne, Pennsylvania. Independence LED, founded in 2007, is a professional lighting solutions partner with American made LED manufacturing experience and insight. The agreement covers LED lighting products for grow lights, building retrofits and new construction projects within the legalized cannabis industry.

On a case-by-case basis, HempAmericana may engage as a lead provider, manufacturer’s representative, sales agent or authorized reseller. The different levels of involvement correspond with variable compensation terms, ranging from 2.5% to 20.0%. The term of the agreement is for two years, with upon mutual agreement can be extended for up to two additional two year terms under the same conditions.
