SCOTTSDALE, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / July 9, 2015 / Recently, the CBS 5 Surprise Squad in Phoenix, Arizona hosted a “Smile Makeover Giveaway,” which was hosted by Total Freedom Dental Implant Center.
