Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Attorney Announces Free Legal Advice Sessions

July 21, 2015 – – Justin Harelik, a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Attorney at Westgate Law in Los Angeles, CA has announced that he will be offering free advice to those with questions about Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Harelik recently stated, “Not everyone is going to qualify for a Chapter 7. My aim is to help consumers determine whether or not this is the right path for them to take, and if so, assist them with their bankruptcy from start to finish.”

Harelik is providing free bankruptcy advice via his website, or potential clients can call the law firm to schedule a free consultation.

An experienced Chapter 7 bankruptcy lawyer, Harelik has worked with tens of thousands of individuals and filed more than 3,000 bankruptcies throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.

He regularly shares financial and bankruptcy advice through weekly articles published on Bankrate.com, many of which have been featured on such sites as Fidelity, Fox Business, and MSN Money.

“Bankruptcy is scary,” says attorney Melford Patterson of San Francisco. “People need to understand that not everyone is even qualified to file for a Chapter 7. Having someone that can sit down with you and fill you in on the ins and outs of this process is priceless.”

Laws regarding bankruptcy filing have changed drastically over the past five years. Consumers who may have qualified for a Chapter 7 in the past, may not today. This is where an experienced bankrupty attorney can help.

“I can help people to determine if they qualify, and if they do then I will walk them through the process, ensuring that they understand everything from the filing to the final judgement,” Harelik says.

He stresses that anyone who wants calls from creditors, threats of lawsuits, and other financial woes to end, should seriously consider filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy, but only after they have consulted with a qualified attorney.

Harelik received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in L.A., and his Bachelor’s in English and History from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He is a member of the State Bar of both Texas and California, and practices in all regions of California.
