Ticket Down is a reputable source of authentic tickets for the CONCACAF Cup in Pasadena at the Rose Bowl. This much anticipated event will feature the USA vs. Mexico competing for a berth at the 2017 Confederations Cup to be held in Russia.

Prior to the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup tournament this past summer. the United States Men’s team had a winning streak going which they hoped to continue right on through the said tournament. To the disappointment of both the USA Men’s team and their countless fans in the states, they suffered a heart wrenching defeat against Jamaica in the semifinals and ended up in 4th place. Although this knocked them out of facing Mexico to determine the winner of the Gold Cup, these two popular soccer teams will now meet on October 10th at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA to determine whether the USA Men’s Team or the Mexico Men’s Team will have the right to compete in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup in Russia. The game was originally set for October 9th, however, it was moved to October 10th to allow for a full day of festivities, including Futbol Fiesta, which will be a free interactive fan zone outside the Rose Bowl.

When the United States and Mexico meet in October, it will mark the second time they have battled on the pitch this year. In April, the United States got the win 2-0 in San Antonio, TX which was their first of six straight wins. Recently the USA Men’s team had both a win and a loss in friendly competition. The win came against Peru early this month in Washington DC at RFK Stadium and the loss was incurred on September 8th against Brazil at the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA.

The Mexican national soccer team now owns the most CONCACAF Gold Cup titles in its storied history and will cap off their busy 2015 schedule with this match against the United States. They have had well deserved wins against Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama, and Paragua and heart-breaking defeats against Brazil, Ecuador, and the United States including two recent ties in friendly contests against Trinidad and Tobago in Utah at Rio Tinto Stadium and in Dallas at the AT&T Stadium. Their diehard fans that religiously follow them to each and every match will hope to see their title-winning year end in October with a berth in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup.
