Telecorp Considers Additional Purchase from Dev Datamedics

BARRIE, ON / ACCESSWIRE / September 16, 2015 / Telecorp, Inc. (OTC Markets: TLNUF) (“Telecorp” or the “Company”), a growing provider of software communications solutions, announced today that it is considering purchasing the hosting subsidiary of Dev Datamedics & Software Pvt Ltd (“Dev Datamedics”), based in Chandigarh, India.

Dev Datamedics has about 50 clients that host in India and in the US. This acquisition was not considered previously as the owner of Dev Datamedics, Mr. Sandeep Gupta, had a previous engagement by a local company in India to purchase the hosting portion of the business. It has recently become known that the hosting business is available and can be included in Telecorp’s Dev Datamedics acquisition.

“While we had resigned ourselves that the hosting business wasn’t available for us to acquire, it recently came to our attention that we now could get that portion of the business,” said Paul Phillips, President and CEO of Telecorp Inc. “While not a huge business by North America standards, with this acquisition it will help Telecorp streamline its upcoming sales strategies with incentives and fortify future ongoing revenues. We have definite interest in this revenue stream.”

It is believed that with the first Marketing/Sales campaign that Telecorp delivers, it will offer free hosting for a limited time, which it is believed, will help with Telecorp’s web and I.T. sales.

As the audit is now completed for Dev Datamedics, it will be a quick turnaround to verify the hosting division of the business. It is also believed the hosting division will be acquired the same day the acquisition of Dev Datamedics is finalized.
