Intermedia Touch Provides Interactive Experience for MDC MAGIC

MIAMI, FL / ACCESSWIRE / September 16, 2015 / Intermedia Touch, a local Miami digital signage solutions provider, creates innovative project for Miami Dade College. Aiming to enhance the student experience, Intermedia Touch was tasked with developing an easy to use application for the college’s guests and students alike. The new wayfinding and information application is displayed on kiosks powered by high-definition, 50 inch interactive monitors. The kiosks were recently made available to the public for the grand opening of the Miami Animation and Gaming International Complex.

One of the kiosks is dedicated to the Miami Animation and Gaming International Complex (MAGIC), and is designed to offer students and guests with pertinent information outlining the exciting new programs that MDC is offering through the MAGIC center. The MAGIC kiosk also displays sample animations and other creative projects done by the students at this new digital entertainment hub in downtown Miami.

The other kiosks not only deliver wayfinding, but also houses an interactive app that details general information on faculty and staff, Wolfson Archives, and upcoming events at the Wolfson campus. Designed with accessibility in mind, the new kiosks at MDC Wolfson will help visitors and students alike with detailed class and schedule information.
