New Mobile App Offers Service Providers Reviews of Customers to Improve Business

“The majority of review sites and apps gives service providers the opportunity to respond to complaints, but the response ends up being nothing but a pointless, dull roar,” said Root. “In the service industry, you are guilty for a bad review unless proven innocent.”

Once the work is completed for that customer, the service can offer a review of that customer on the app, which is easy to use and intuitive.

The idea is to help businessmen and employees in the service industry make better house calls and ultimately become a better business, said Root.
