News Flash – Updated Schedule Release PADI IDC Indonesia March 2016

Although the March Instructor Development Course (IDC) starts on 26th March candidates are strongly advised to arrive early for the Pre-IDC preparation program which starts on the 21st March.

March 26th Mar – 5 Apr (Pre-IDC 21st – 25th March)

The Pre-IDC preparation starts on March 21st program and is designed to review the skills and knowledge from the Divemaster Course and prepare candidates to make the smoothest transition onto the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC).

The PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) starts on 26th March and prepares dive professionals for a career as a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor. During the course students will learn the PADI Standards and Procedures that apply to recreational diving and Risk Management. Candidates will also learn about Sales and Marketing and the Business of Diving. Workshops will be conducted in Assents and Descents, Adventures in Diving, Dive Site Set up, Student Control and the Controlled Emergency Swimming Assent (CESA) workshop. During the program candidates will learn how to organize and conduct all of the PADI programs such as the Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) program, the PADI Specialty Courses, the Rescue Diver and Divemaster Course.
