EM Energy, Inc. Obtains Default Judgment September 17, 2015 on Litigation filed November 1, 2013

MESQUITE, NV / ACCESSWIRE / September 28, 2015 / EM Energy, Inc. (OTC: RZPK) obtained Default Judgment against 17 shareholders to cancel shares issued from EM Energy, Inc. (OTC: RZPK). Approximately 7.35% (1,101,712) of issued shares have been cancelled in District Court after process through Hague Convention and Central Authority of Japan. Fidelity Transfer Company will cancel issued shares based on Court Order. President, Jerry Cornwell stated that management is not familiar with any specific business operations still active in Japan by Ryozanpaku International, LTD. This action allows management to focus on closing other business matters that are pending without having this matter as over-hang.
