According to FDOT, this is a unique certification that applies to DOT only with a commitment to utilize DBEs in its transportation program and establish a race neutral goal of 9.91% for the utilization of DBEs on all contracts. Additionally, the Department encourages all prime contractors and consultants to use FDOT DBEs.
