IVET Solutions celebrates Veteran’s Day awarding scholarships to military spouses and children

Smithfield, Virginia: On Wednesday, November 12, 2015, IVET Solutions celebrated Veteran’s Day in Smithfield to awarded two hard-working women, Marena Martinez and Kelsey Bullington, with scholarships to help them achieve success in their educational programs.

Marena Martinez plans to graduate with a Bachelors degree in Psychology in March 2016. Marena is passionate about helping others and her future plans include helping individuals with socialization and communication deficits to help them become successful members of society. Kelsey Bullington plans to pursue a degree in nursing. After receiving her degree, Kelsey plans to travel the world with her husband while he serves our country and work at different military instillations as a nurse.

IVET Solutions is proud to provide educational financial support for military spouses and children of military families. “This is the first of its kind scholarship fund that focuses on helping people find their strengths and connect those strengths to high-demand professions that provide better career security and wage profiles,” said IVET Solutions CEO, Brigadier General (Re t) Jeffrey Horne.
