FBEC CEO Issues Shareholder Update

CHEYENNE, WY / ACCESSWIRE / January 8, 2016 / Happy New Year to all of our current and prospective shareholders. As we have entered 2016 I want to give a few updates regarding FBEC Worldwide, Inc. (OTCQB: FBEC) and its portfolio of products: DuBe Shot, Ma’ Brand CBD, and the WolfShot.

FBEC has created the joint LLC’s for both DuBe Hemp Energy/FBEC and CBD Globe/FBEC as per our agreements. Given that 2015 was a somewhat fiscally confusing year we were advised from inception that creating the new entities in 2016 was the most effective for tax purposes. This was always part of the corporate strategy and in the interim we have set up our platforms for each of the brands. The site for Ma’, our CBD brand, has just launched in the United Kingdom at Ma-time.com and we expect to be completely ready for the US launch by the end of January. It is important to note that FBEC has the fully completed product on hand. DuBe will be up on Amazon this week and an affiliate marketing program for both WolfShot and DuBe should be organized shortly. As a means of carrying all of our products in this space we are also putting the final touches on www.CBDelicious.com.

With regards to distribution, FBEC Worldwide, Inc has come to an agreement with a distributor in Houston, Texas that is already servicing 500 locations in the south named Damn Air Freshener (DAF). Founded in 1998, DAF will be taking an initial order of both Original and Berry WolfShots and placing them in the targeted areas. This is in line with our sales strategy of focusing on head shops, smoke shops, convenience stores, and gas stations.

We plan to do the same with the Wolfshot, and I believe we can make it even more popular than 5 Hour Energy here in the South,” said Sean Banks of Damn Air Freshener.

Having a distributor located in Houston that already has a well-established network and is already servicing our targeted retail markets is very cost effective as our co-packer Neumatter Methods is located in Houston. This also saves us a few percentage points on the overall cost of production. Sean Banks from Damn Air is also very savvy and his street teams that were referred to me have been very effective with products such as mine. We feel that he will be able to do the same with DuBe and Ma’ brands down the line.
