LifeStyles INFOCUS® Launches New Website

The company’s goal is to improve the health and wellness of professionals nationwide.

LifeStyles INFOCUS®, LSI, is a female owned, family business based in San Diego that serves as a wellness solution for companies, organizations and communities both locally and nationwide.

The new website is designed to teach the public about the importance of health and wellness in the workplace.

LSI plans and organizes interactive events for companies that may be experiencing loss of productivity, increased absenteeism, or overly stressed employees. Companies who wish to motivate or inspire can also benefit. The Health and Wellness events are tailored to a company’s specific needs and demographic. The events may include team building programs, wellness clinics, environmental workshops, massages,and even a catered lunch. Health coaches lead many of the workshops and events.

A 2014 Cornerstone On Demand survey revealed that work overload increased by 14 percent to 68 percent in just one year for U.S. full-time employees. More than 61 percent of these workers believe that work overload is harmful to their productivity.

LSI recognizes the need to provide services to companies to help offset the stressors that may be found in the workplace by creating tailored events for workers. Led by founders Toni Craft and daughter Jessica McClure, LifeStyles INFOCUS’® new website also features a blog with tips in nutrition and fitness.

LSI’s founders sit and organize many health committees including Sharp Healthcare, and local school districts. They are members of The Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine.They recently coordinated Bumble Bee Foods annual health fair. Other national companies LSI has worked with include Bridgepoint, San Diego Water Authority, Forest Lawns, and Intuit.

LifeStyles INFOCUS has also partnered with Live Well San Diego, the County of San Diego’s vision for building better health, safety, and well being of all County residents. As a partner, LSI shares the common purpose of bringing best health practices by implementing programs, and policies that support a healthy lifestyle.
