Peak Synergy Fitness Announces Extended Personal Training Sessions In Port Coquitlam

January 28, 2016 – – A fitness center in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada, is excited to announce the introduction of new extended class times for its rotation of Group Training classes. The latest classes have all been taught by Maria Morano, an experienced trainer who has been with the center for several months at the Port Coquitlam facility. The new classes will apply the same fundamentals that clients have come to expect from the fitness center, with the dynamic exercises that are scaled up and down to challenge both amateur and experienced fitness types alike.

Byran Fisher from Peak Synergy Fitness says: “Maria’s classes are offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings with sessions available at 6AM and 7AM. In addition to the morning classes, an added Tuesday night session at 7PM has been added, as well as a Thursday afternoon lunch hour class at Noon.”

Peak Synergy Fitness occupies a 2600 square foot facility in Port Coquitlam and it is fully equipped with brand new state of the art equipment, rubber flooring to ensure low impact and comfort while training, and a powerful sound system to keep workouts at high intensity. This is delivered in a setting large enough to move around, but small enough to get the personalized attention that is often missed in traditional group training environments.
