Fans have been waiting for this book, which is number three in the series “The Good Life”, as it looks at the nutrition for the vegetarian and vegan lifestyle. The importance of the book is that it addresses the many questions people, who want to adopt a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle, have.

Four such nuggets of interest are:

1. The advantage of the vegetarian or vegan diet.

2. The white poison – its history and how it effects the body.

3. What GMO means, how long its been around and what alternatives there are.

4. The definition of Clean Eating.

The idea for writing A Clean Eating Nutrition Guide came about after the author wanted to show that good nutrition did not have to include animal products. Thorough research certainly presented some amazing facts and the book goes beyond the simple nutrition of what the body needs, but delves into the history of different types of foods and how they have changed over the years.

The Book almost didn’t see the light of day, because the author felt that there was already a lot of information about nutrition on the market. However, many of the author’s followers continually asked about nutrition in the context of the vegatarian/vegan diet that the author decided to write one that would cover the many queries.

The Vegetarian Center did something different compared to other businesses in the vegan food space, by making this book different from other nutritional books because it covers topics that are generally skirted around.

A Clean Eating Nutrition Guide was released as part of The Vegetarian Center’s greater plans to open the reader’s mind to a different way of thinking about what they are eating.

The Vegetarian Center got its start when Founder Fee O’Shea noticed a growing need for information about the vegetarian/vegan diet and lifestyle. This particular book was written in response to a growing curiosity about the nutritional value of vegan eating. The other books in the series compliment each other as they build on the subject of vegetarian and vegan lifestyles. The author’s prior experience and her delving research in the vegan food world gives her the experience to write confidently on the subject.

Fee O’Shea is quoted saying: “It is important we begin to understand that we can be animal free in our food choices. We can have all the right nutrients our bodies need from a plant based diet. Even following this practice a few days a week will go a long way to personal health and sustainability of our planet. Connecting with readers through this book, A Clean Eating Nutrition Guide, hopefully will make all the difference.”
