Of course the change in logo does not affect the exceptional quality of work that clients and the industry have come to expect from P&P Land, but it does denote that we as a company have made a shift. Over the last few years we have been adding to the number of services we offer.

While we did start with lease or tract set-up & maintenance and division order creation & processing, and then expanded to include other land administration tasks, we are now able to offer joint interest billing and revenue accounting services, mobile-compatible secure online document management, recordation/filing services, GIS mapping and reporting, and a host of acquisition and divestiture related services. Along with these added services has been a change in the dynamic of P&P Land. We have hired more professionals and renewed our emphasis on continued education and improvement of all our managers, analysts, specialists, and techs. And while the physical change of personnel is important, what is even more evident to our clients is the future-facing directives we’ve implemented.

P&P Land has developed business-critical reporting methods that efficiently allow our customers insight to and understanding of their land information that previously had been relegated to teams of people working for only the top producers in the oil industry. P&P Land will continue to develop targeted and quality applications for our customers to use. And as we grow we will continue to add more services, always focusing on quality workmanship, efficient workflows, and clear communication with our peers, partners, and other professionals so as to deliver not only the best product, but the best product in the best way possible.
