Gorgi Naumovski, once diagnosed to have cancer back in 2008 said that the experience gave him a new perspective in life and the desire to help as many people as he can along his journey. “All the success and failures have brought me to where I am today,” says Gorgi. “Business is all about relationships, and I’ve spent my whole life building those relationships and fostering them to help me move along on this life’s journey.”

Gorgi said that the main struggle in the business world is money, and without it, no one can build anything. For him, great ideas but bad timing is a common thing. “If you end up off the road, you just need to get back on it and keep moving forward. Someone once told me that if you keep looking back, you might get a stiff neck,” he joked.

Aside from logistics, Gorgi has a construction and design background. He has been involved with designing and constructing retail locations for years. Since he can envision the finished product in advance, Gorgi can take a blank canvas and provide the end-user something to be proud of. He always takes into account that he wants an inviting experience in which his 24-year-old son and 82-year-old mother would want to visit.

“I came from a low-income, hard-working immigrant family, and I appreciated everything that was given to me,” Gorgi said when asked about him growing up personality-wise. “I always had an interest in business and how people become successful in their lives. I found out early in life that I don’t want to work for others, so I decided to work for myself as soon as I graduated from high school.” He recalled.

“Tips for young entrepreneurs? Work while you can. With the COVID-19 pandemic occurring, you can see how fast life can change. One minute you are working, paying your bills and all is good, then next you’ll learn that your business shut down and there are no more jobs left. Secondly, find your mentors.” Gorgi concluded.
