AAA Home Services, a family business owned and run by Jeff Probst, has been named Best Services Company in St. Charles by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for the third year in a row.

AAA Home Services, a full-service home repair company has been named by the Post-Dispatch as a Best Services company for 2018. The Post-Dispatch conducted a reader survey in November of 2018 and the results indicated a clear winner. AAA Home Services has now won this award 3 years in a row and the team couldn’t be happier to be recognised for their efforts.

AAA Home Services is a leader in appliance repair across the entire region of St. Louis and St. Charles and serves the neighboring counties of Jefferson, Warren and Lincoln too. Over the years, the company has grown to include award winning products and services in appliance sales, heating and cooling, electrical and plumbing repair.

Owner, Jeff Probst, began working at AAA Home Services back in 1970 (then known as A-All Appliance) and has grown the business ever since. Throughout the 70s and 80s, he made it his mission to learn skill after skill to strengthen the business offering and ensure even higher rates of customer satisfaction. When he and his wife, Barb, took over the company in 1982, they were determined to be the best in the business.

As AAA Home Services has grown, so too has the staff. From a small team of 8 working together throughout the 70s, the company has grown to a team of 52 that encompasses 3 generations of the Probst family. As owner Jeff puts it, “our family has 7 members in the business and we’ve grown to include 30 technicians. From top to bottom, our employees understand that complete customer satisfaction is our goal.”

The company has served over 1 million customers since 1970 but while the technology they use may have changed, the main aim of the company remains the same: to be the very best home repair service company in town.
