Accruit has entered into an agreement to divest its loan and contract servicing escrow business to Evergreen Note Servicing, an independent loan servicing company in Sumner, Washington.

Accruit’s entrée into loan servicing came about with the company’s 2016 acquisition of Bankers Escrow Corporation, one of the largest full service escrow companies in Colorado. With the exception of loan servicing, Accruit has consolidated and continues to evolve its escrow offerings.
