Adventure Park at Frankenmuth to Stage “Haunted Forest of Bavaria” Friday & Saturday Nights in October 2015
September 28, 2015 – The sounds of the haunted forest will play in the background as visitors walk the LED-lit paths within the three-acre park site, leading from one scary station to the next at “The Haunted Forest of Bavaria” October 2015 Fridays and Saturdays at The Adventure Park at Frankenmuth, Michigan. The event will feature actors playing zombies, creepy clowns and a host of monsters, plus a haunted cemetery and other surprises designed for kids 10+ and families. A portion of ticket proceeds will go to benefit the Covenant Kids fund of the Covenant HealthCare Foundation in Saginaw.
The Haunted Forest trail is set within the woodlands of the Adventure Park and is themed as a true scare. Actors in scenes along the Haunted Trail will spook and surprise all trail walkers as they move through the forest. Werewolves, animated scarecrows, movie characters, scary clowns and ghoulish spirits will be ready to excite and entertain visitors. The Adventure Park aerial courses will also be open to climbing and zip lining activity during all hours of the Haunted Forest Walk. Tickets are available for either or both attractions.

The Haunted Forest of Bavaria will be located at The Adventure Park at Frankenmuth, 1375 Weiss Street (across the street from Bronners’ and Splash Village) in Frankenmuth. Haunted Forest nights will be open from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM every October Friday and Saturday through October 30, 2014. The Haunted Forest is closed on and after Halloween.
Admission is $9 per person for the Haunted Forest Walk, purchased online or at the Park. Discounted Family Four Packs at $34 are available for purchase in advance at the Park’s Haunt website page. These discounts are available online only. For those who may want to combine a twilight climb and zip line as well as enjoy the Haunted Forest Walk, combination Climb/Haunt tickets will be available for $30 online or at the Park. About The Adventure Park at Frankenmuth
Located on three forest acres The Adventure Park at Frankenmuth offers a selection of five color-coded “aerial trails” in the trees ranging from beginner through advanced levels and which include zip lines and tree-to-tree challenge bridges suitable for kids, teens, and adults from age seven through active seniors.
Adventure Park climbers all wear harnesses that are doubly secured to safety cables using the Park’s own “always locked on” climbing system of interlocking carabineers (coupling links). Before venturing onto the trails climbers receive a thorough orientation.
