If a visitor that is on the Do Not Admit List or a Watch List is pre-registered through the online portal, the host and security personnel are notified in advance of their arrival so proper safety protocols can be directed. This helps to keep the operations and employees onsite safe and secure.

In addition to automatic screening of visitors against the Do Not Admit or Watch Lists, iVisitor maintains a list of all visitors currently onsite, as well as their mobile phone numbers, in the event an emergency evacuation is necessary. This feature allows administrators to provide accurate information to first responders to allow for expedited evacuations or other rescues, as needed. Because the data iVisitor collects is housed online, this valuable data can be accessed remotely from any connected device.
