During the interview, Ali Mayar also shared which habit he feels makes him more successful as an entrepreneur.

“I think this is shared by many successful entrepreneurs, but constant, relentless work ethic for my business,” he said.

“You have to think a certain way, and that includes never giving up and constantly working on your craft. Even if you fail, the fact that you can continue to work hard makes the difference.”

Ali said that he is excited about the number of young entrepreneurs who are getting their start in the business world. Ali, who is well-known for his ability to inspire and teach other entrepreneurs, said the Millennial generation has seen so many people have difficulty finding jobs that they are taking matters into their own hands and taking charge of their careers.

As for the one thing that he would continue to do over and over, Ali Mayar said he is constantly looking for ways to grow both his business and as a person.

“A mistake I see a lot of entrepreneurs make is becoming comfortable. If you aren’t actively attempting to grow, whether in business or personally, the only place to go is down and that happens more so than not,” he said, adding that even if entrepreneurs are in a static position with the growth of their business, the effort to progress is extremely important in making sure their company stays relevant.
