Alliance For Massage Therapy Education Announces Platinum Sponsor For 2017 Educational Congress

August 16, 2016 – – The Alliance for Massage Therapy Education (AFMTE) has revealed the Platinum Sponsor for the Educational Congress in 2017. This particular company has committed to being the sponsor this year, which is seen as a great honor. The company’s decision has recently been made public.

“We are honored to have such wonderful support from our members and thrilled that Universal Companies was the first to commit to generously collaborate in the 2017 Biennial Educational Congress,” shared Nancy Dail, the Conference Planning Chair for the AFMTE.

The very first Educational Congress for AFMTE was held in 2015. It was incredibly well attended, with representatives from all over the country taking part. This was a unique opportunity to raise the profile of bodywork and massage therapy education. This event is held every two years, so the next one is set for 2017 over five days at the end of July.

Terry Russell, Director of Sales, Schools, Distributors and Franchises for Universal Companies said, “I had the privilege of representing Universal Companies as an exhibitor at the 2015 Educational Congress in Minneapolis. It was an incredible opportunity to observe the joint efforts of educational organizations in the massage and wellness communities to ensure the future of massage education. Just witnessing all of the educational groups represented on one panel was an awesome experience. And this informative Congress balanced meetings, classes, and adequate time with the vendors to benefit everyone in attendance.”

Some exhibitor spaces are still available for the 2017 conference, but they are known to fill up quickly. This is why those who want to exhibit at the 2017 Educational Congress are encouraged to review the new prospectus as soon as possible and register their interest without delay. The prospectus highlights the various packages that exist, how much they cost, and what opportunities they provide.

“Registering for the next Educational Congress was a no-brainer. From the minute I left last year’s show, I knew that we would want to attend and be a sponsor in 2017. The Congress is working toward goals common to both the Alliance and my company. It’s a natural choice for us to show support and strength by standing with the massage education community,” added Russell.
