Fortunately with some good people behind us, and a strong sense of the true need to collaborate and welcome reviews and constructive feedback across divisions along with a general lack of pride that led to a ‘no-complaint’ attitude that one division or individual was more or less important than any other allowed us to create a truly collaborative approach, we were able to overcome every obstacle and really hit our stride.”

Jason Stout also reviewed Alpine Academy’s future plans that involve improving the after-care work with students and families. “Our newest position of hiring a full-time after-care coordinator that is available to all families free of charge is a huge leap in the right direction.
