Amal Kharbichi Publishes Paris, A Guide to Exploring Paris
August 27, 2015 – – PARIS – Amal Kharbichi, a French author, announced today that she has published a new book, “Paris”, a guide to exploring the city of Paris. Intended to go well beyond the traditional tourist guides, “Paris” is written to show vacationers how to love Paris, on their own terms. The book offers a quick education on how to choose what enlivens a traveler most while giving lessons in French culture.

Kharbichi lives in Paris with her husband, son, and daughter. Born in France to Moroccan parents, Kharbichi struggled and failed to fit both Moroccan and French cultural standards before embracing her unique position as a citizen of the world who found herself shaped by many cultures beyond her native ones.
Over the past fifteen years, Kharbichi has become an expert in developing the means to bring people of different nationalities together without strife or struggle. She worked for multinational companies, on social and environmental responsibility for the French government and on political strategy for the United Nations. Kharbichi is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies, Sciences-Po Paris.
