MIAMI, FL / ACCESSWIRE / December 1, 2015 / Amazonas Florestal, Ltd. (www.amazonasf.com) (OTC Pink: AZFL) , a natural resources company dedicated to innovative, sustainable forest management, the certification and sales of carbon credits, and Industrial Hemp, today provided a progress update on the completion of its Audits through 12/31/2014.

The Registered Public Company Accountants Independent Audit Opinion Report rendered upon completion of the Audit has been received by the Company and will be included in the S1 Registration Statement presently being drafted by the Company attorney and is expected to be filed by 12/31/2015.
