As E-Cigarette Explosion Lawsuit Filings Increase, Alleged Victim Says More Must Be Done

The man is quoted as stating, “If I would have had that in my hand or up in my mouth when it went off…I’m grateful it wasn’t worse.”

It was reported that the debris from the e-cigarette device managed to smash his orbital and sinus bones and that it has left pieces of shrapnel in his eyeball. The release states that “In February, a man in San Diego was taken to a hospital with burns on his leg caused by one such explosion.”
