The design department will make a detailed drawing of it in soft copy, which is then processed, in 3D format with precise detailing which the CNC machine can recognize accurately. Next comes the important stage where the mechanic operates the CNC machine according to the 3D drawing. The perfection and beauty of the product depends on the more detailed and meticulous pattern of the machine. After this the CNC machine chisel the aluminum mold. Next comes the process of pouring the liquid aluminum into the mold and observing whether it has reached to all the corners of the mold. Before this stage the aluminum is heated over 750 degrees Celsius in a furnace and then carefully poured into the mold. The Mold is later cooled to achieve the aluminum product. Later it is chiseled, grinded and polished by highly skillful craftsmen to do away with the minor faults and roughness. Next the product is shifted to the paint department.
