Marriott International’s Bhupendra Singh joins the 2025 Global Recognition Awards judging panel, bringing 18 years of network architecture expertise across multiple enterprises. His experience with complex infrastructures, cloud migrations, and security solutions qualifies him to evaluate technical innovations that deliver measurable business outcomes.

New York, NY, United States, March 20, 2025 — Marriott International’s senior network engineer, Bhupendra Singh, has been selected as a judge for the 2025 Global Recognition Awards. As part of the judging panel, he brings with him 18 years of IT industry experience and network architecture expertise. His extensive background across multiple business environments and comprehensive understanding of current technologies qualify him for assessing technical excellence within the awards program.

Singh’s professional experience encompasses complex network infrastructures, multi-platform cloud migration strategies and integrated security solutions implemented across global corporate environments.

The appointment comes as industry analysis projects a 23% increase in enterprise investment in network architecture during 2025. This highlights the growing importance of informed technical evaluation in recognition programs. Participating judges require a depth of technical knowledge and extensive implementation experience to effectively identify innovations that deliver measurable business impact beyond technical specifications. Singh noted that he plans to recognize solutions demonstrating technical quality and practical business applications, focusing mainly on how technological innovations address concrete organizational challenges in measurable ways.

Comprehensive Technical Qualifications

Singh’s career positions at Marriott International, Sky Systems, Capgemini, Accenture, Atos, McAfee, and ITC Infotech provide him with experience across various technological environments, ranging from hospitality and consulting to software and information technology services. His current role as senior network engineer at Marriott International involves designing and implementing network solutions supporting global digital infrastructure, including work with Spine-Leaf network architecture and cloud migration across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Oracle, and Alibaba platforms.

Professional projects throughout his career include implementing Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), multi-vendor Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) solutions, international cloud solutions utilizing multiple Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF), and completing data center core upgrades. Technical expertise developed throughout Singh’s career includes high-performance routers, Arista/Cisco Spine-Leaf switches, firewalls, load balancers, and various data center technologies implemented across global enterprise environments.

The hospitality sector has presented unique challenges requiring systems supporting guest services, property management, and corporate functions across numerous geographic locations. Singh explained that this multifaceted experience has enhanced his ability to identify effective innovations addressing practical challenges within complex technological ecosystems where interdependencies require solutions that balance performance, security, and business continuity requirements.

Leadership and Evaluation Experience

Singh’s role on the judging panel leverages his experience leading cross-functional project teams and evaluating enterprise technology solutions within global operations contexts requiring coordination across diverse stakeholder groups. While at McAfee, he managed network and security infrastructure for 72 international offices, requiring standardized yet adaptable implementations across varied regional requirements and regulatory frameworks. His tenure at ITC Infotech involved directing network operations across 750 locations, which honed his capacity to evaluate solutions across different scales and operational contexts.

“Bhupendra Singh combines technical expertise and business understanding that are valuable for their evaluation objectives, particularly his ability to assess implementation quality and operational impact,” states Alex Sterling from Global Recognition Awards. “He will review submissions across several technical categories, focusing primarily on network infrastructure, cloud integration, and security architecture implementations that demonstrate measurable business outcomes.”
