Brand Marvel Worldwide Consumer Products Corporate Update

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 12, 2015 / Brand Marvel Worldwide Consumer Products Corporation (the “Company”) (TSXV symbol: BMW) is pleased to provide updates of the Company on the following areas:

1. Building New Factory on the Vacant Land

The Company has recently obtained the regulatory approval to build another factory on the vacant land adjacent to our existing factory and office building with the land use right owned by the Company. The size of the new factory will be in size of approximately 9,639 square meter (“s.m.”). The Company will start to construct the new factory upon completion of the related detail design and drawing. The cost of construction will be financed by the constructor and banking facilities.

The land use right owned by the Company through its subsidiary, Bejing Marvel Cleansing Supplies Co. Ltd., is located at Huairou District, Yanqi Economic Development Zone (“Yanqi”) of the City of Beijing, China. Yanqi is located in the north-eastern side of the City of Bejing and is the second largest economic development zone in the City of Beijing. The size of the land is in total 20,760.55 s.m.. The total size of our existing factory and office building is 9,336.61 s.m.. According to an independent valuation report required for banking facilities purpose, the market value of the land, existing factory and office building on February 21, 2014 was RMB 80,080,000 (approximately C$15.6 million). The market value of the existing factory and office building is still on an upward trend in 2015.

The Company intends to lease the new factory out upon completion as our existing factory still has enough production capacity and space for future expansion.

“Upon completion of the construction of the new factory, we will turn the remaining part of the land into productive assets”, said Liao Yong Liang. “We will not only have an increase in our assets base, but also have rental income to increase our total revenue.”

An exchange rate of 5.1308 to 1 is used to convert Chinese Renminbi to Canadian dollars.
