Business software Avaza can now be integrated with 500+ Apps

Avaza.com has announced support for integrations of more than 500 other apps with its business productivity software through the implementation of the popular Zapier cloud integration platform.

Avaza is a cloud-based expense and project management software suite built for small to medium size businesses. Its modules for invoicing, project management & collaboration, expense management & time tracking can be used together or independently to suit a wide range of businesses.

The Zapier platform allows individuals & teams to connect a large number of popular cloud apps via configurable ‘Zaps’. These zaps link a ‘trigger’ from one app to an ‘action’ in another app. “For example, whenever a task is created in Avaza, a corresponding event could be created in Google Calendar, instantly,” says Avaza Co-founder Tim Kremer. “Another common integration is with Accounting software, where Avaza clients can automatically sync new invoices to cloud accounting software like Xero & Quickbooks.”

Other examples of integrations include easily creating Xero or Quickbooks customers from Avaza companies, or creating Google Drive folders from new Avaza projects. Users can also post new Avaza tasks to ‘channels’ in popular collaboration tool Slack.

“So basically, with this new implementation, Avaza enables its clients to configure settings to streamline activities across any other cloud-based App they might already be using,” says Tim Kremer. “The move is part of the overall objective of offering clients easier and effective ways of doing business.”
