CatalystFive Wins 2015 WebAward for Outstanding Achievement
September 4, 2015 – San Diego, CA – The team at CatalystFive was awarded the Small Business Standard of Excellence by the Web Marketing Association. The winners were selected from more than 1500 entries in 40 countries. They were judged based upon design, writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation and the use of technology.
“The bar continues to be raised in terms of website development trends in the online marketing community,” said William Rice, President of the Web Marketing Association. “Website design is constantly evolving to better meet the needs of the online audiences. This year, the WebAwards competition received remarkable entries from around the world that show impressive creativity and functionality. We congratulate all of our winners for developing websites that deliver for their audiences. “
“We our team cheered when we heard the news,” elated CEO Mike O’Brien, “we have been hearing great things about hiring software from our small and mid market business clients but it is extra sweet to be honored from the WMA.”
CatalystFive provides software to automate the job posting process and manage applicants while staying EEOC compliant. The company has grown 300% since the beginning of the year adding clients like Black Angus/Stuart Andersons Steakhouse, Imagine Easy, LLC and the Alum Rock Union Elementary School District . They created CatalystFive to service a business segment that has not adopted hiring solutions because they simply did not exist.
“Ninety-two percent of our clients used no software when they posted jobs and hired their employees. This is terribly inefficient, we looked at enterprise hiring software distilled it down to what the small and mid market businesses needed,” added O’Brien, “It is very rewarding to receive such an award.
