BELLINGHAM, Washington – February 8, 2016 – Local, sustainable, and nutritious broths were recently announced by the start-up company, Cauldron Broths. They are creating nutritious bone broths from local, humanely raised animals to deliver to homes, restaurants, schools, and hospitals. By working directly with farmers and meat processors, Cauldron Broths is able to source these items and turn them into something phenomenal – Bone Broth! To make their bone broth they use large, knuckle-y bones to get as much nutrients, protein, gelatin, vitamins and minerals, and best of all, great flavor in to each batch.  They use only organic produce and spices to get the maximum flavor and nutrition. Their broths are clear and delicately seasoned. No additives or preservatives. Expect the broth to be a solid gel in the fridge and a soft set gel at room temperature.

Cauldron Broths makes three products: Broth, Glace, and Fats. All of their products are made with bones from 100% Washington raised animals, humanely raised using Organic practices. Their produce is all from the Pacific Northwest and is certified Organic. Their beef is grass-fed and finished, their pork is certified GMO free, corn free, soy free, Certified Humane, their chicken bones come from organic and free range chickens, and their lamb is 100% pastured.

Making Bone Broth, consuming Bone Broth, cooking with Bone Broth is just part of people’s ancestral health story. As a species, humans have been gathering around the cauldron of broth for thousands of years. This is old knowledge.

However, before people can enjoy this delicious, sustainable broth, Cauldron Broths needs support. That’s why they launched this Kickstarter campaign. The goal of this project is to raise $50,000 by March 2, 2016. The funds raised will go towards purchasing a small plant and equipment like steam pots, freezers, and refrigerators.

To help bring these incredible bone broths to market, please visit the Kickstarter campaign or click here. Perks will be delivered by June 2016.

Please keep in mind this is an “all-or-nothing” deal, which means if the campaign does not reach the funding goal then the project cannot move forward. Assist Cauldron Broths reach the goal by sharing this on Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks. The more people know about this, the more support the campaign will receive.
