The new location will now be at 3093 NW Prairie Lane, Des Moines, IA 50313, just south of Saylorville Lake and NE of Johnston, IA. “Business is doing well and we are eager to move to this new location. It provides enough space to fit our needs and provide for future expansion as well,” states owner Corey DePenning.

Along with his wife Amy DePenning, Corey has owned and operated Central Iowa Radon since 2013. While doing home inspections with his formerly owned company, Redfox Home Inspections, Corey saw a need for quality radon mitigation and measurement services. He took the opportunity to expand his home-builder services by first adding energy audits and then later forming his second company focusing on radon services. Through his education at Iowa State University and years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to Central Iowa Radon.
