Chrissy Eblin Appointed New COO of Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (September 10, 2015): Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt has announced the appointment of Chrissy Eblin as their new COO. Going forward Chrissy will oversee operations, product development, brand management and franchise development.

Chrissy has been part of the Golden Spoon team for 5 years and she has worked in a number of assignments before being promoted to COO. As COO, Chrissy’s focus will be on turning the company around via supporting the franchisees by providing them with the tools that they need in order to be successful. The industry is overcrowded with some fierce competition for the original frozen yogurt chain. In order to compete, Golden Spoon will need to unite and work together as a chain with the intention of regaining a prominent position in an extremely competitive market. Chrissy’s extensive operations and brand marketing experience will serve Golden Spoon well in creating a culture of outstanding customer service and brand consistency throughout the chain.

Prior to joining Golden Spoon in 2010, Chrissy was the founder and owner of CareFree Concierge helping clients, “Buy Back Time”. Chrissy is also the founder and owner of Vogue Marketing Solutions, a small marketing firm focused around small businesses. She is a long time fan of Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt and she has big plans for its future success.
