Clayco Breaks Ground on New West Community Credit Union Branch

The O’Fallon based Credit Union expands into the Western St. Louis suburbs

CHICAGO, IL / ACCESSWIRE / January 13, 2017 / Clayco broke ground today on the newest West Community Credit Union branch, located in Lake St. Louis, MO. The new branch can be found at 101 Pond Fort Trail and fronts Highway N, making it easily accessible via the highly traveled state highway.

The structure itself will be approximately 4,895-square-feet once completed, with half of the facility being occupied by the credit union. The other half of building is available for lease space aimed at potential tenants.

“We are excited to be expanding into the Lake St. Louis community and to offer our neighbors banking options with the most up-to-date financial technology,” said Jason Peach, President and CEO, West Community Credit Union. “By working with Clayco, we were able to determine a timeline that was realistic in order to fully strategize our expansion into the community.”

This new branch is introducing the Credit Union’s St. Louis area members to their newest concept of the In-Lobby Teller. The In-Lobby Teller is manufacturer Diebold’s model of an Interactive Teller/Personal Teller Machine (ITM/PTM). The lobby will also feature “teller pods,” which create a friendly, interactive environment for the member in order to accommodate more complex interactions. A drive-up ATM for members will also be attached to the building’s facade.

The branch will also house two private offices, as well as an in-lobby Tech Bar complete with iPads and other technology available for use by members.

Clayco partnered with local architectural firm, Grubbs and Associates, to perform the project under a design/build arrangement. Construction is scheduled to be completed in late spring/early summer.
