The technology was born out of Flinders University with an initial focus on personalised health coaching – as a scalable way to provide care to clients at a fraction of the cost of human intervention.
“We have a range of licensed coaching programs (run by avatar coaches) which are available to support a range of chronic conditions – we’ve got a healthy minds coach, a chronic pain coach and a heart failure coach.
“We’re still focussed on health but we’re talking to big businesses with a human touch element that are struggling to scale.”
