Clinton Healthcare Reform & Food Insecurity Targeted By Meme T-Shirt Movement

A T-Shirt design has created controversy ahead of the second US Presidential Debate 2016, Sunday 9th October. The apparel designer central to the issue and instigator of the ‘Either Way…’ Movement states plans to create a new line focused on the Clinton campaign.

Dublin, Ireland – October 9, 2016 /PressCable/ —

An arguably scathing new T-Shirt design has been created by the controversial UK-based apparel designer ‘PoliticalFunny.org’ ahead of the second US Presidential Debate 2016, which is to take place Sunday 9th October. The apparel designer is central to the ignition of the ‘Either Way…’ Movement gaining worldwide popularity on the internet and now making appearances in the streets as the T-Shirts and satirical slogans are worn by fans who remain staunchly opposed to both candidates.

The article initially reporting and promoting the ‘Either Way…’ movement and controversy can be found at The Daily Moss.

Rumors started on a private message board used by members of PoliticalFunny.org that a new T-Shirt design may be in the works, this time more focused on Hillary Clinton who has so far been left mostly alone in terms of individually targeted designs.

Hillary’s Food Security / Insecurity and Healthcare Reforms are likely slated as hot topics in the second round of presidential debates, which follow on from a vice-presidential debate that was generally considered by most to be comparatively tame, a few days prior.

The founder of PoliticalFunny.org who has so far chosen to remain anonymous was quizzed on the T-Shirt Design Selection Process… he was quoted as saying:

“The aim of the design isn’t ever to hurt feelings, it’s to make fun. To. Make. FUN. To create that feeling in most people where they’re being a little bit naughty for laughing, because it’s not ‘politically correct’ or whatever, but someone else can take the blame for it. Like the naughty kid in class who caused havoc for the teacher but provided no end of entertainment. Just without the detriment to your education. We’ll leave that to the candidates.”

Examples were then given of the Clinton’s efforts related to Food Security through their work via the Clinton Global Initiative – and previous rumors of the Secretary of State being in poor health around the time healthcare initiatives and policies were being discussed… these would be considered viable options for a new design.

Proponents of the ‘Either Way…’ Movement, which stands in favor of neither candidate and claiming both are poor options, have provided several suggestions. A competition may be run in the future by PoliticalFunny.org to create a community driven design. For the present moment, all designs will continue to be created in-house and strictly under wraps.

Sunday’s 2016 2nd Presidential Debate can be watched on all major stations and streamed online. Information on the polarising T-Shirts and apparel behind the ‘Either Way…’ Movement can be found at politicalfunny.org
