The datacenter is approximately 22,000 square feet, raised floor, fully complaint SOC II TYPE II Audited facility. M-Theory has also entered into a long-term, joint venture agreement with the current operator, expanding M-Theory’s reach, as well as product and services offerings to a larger geography nationwide.
