CoadWord Books Launches New Website Focusing On Dissociative Identity Disorder

March 15, 2017 – – Burleson, Texas based Coadword Books has announced the launch of the company’s new and expanded website. The books and articles available on the website arise from more than 25 years of Dr. Norman Coad’s direct client contact. Many of Dr. Coad’s dealings were with people suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID, formerly called Multiple Personality Disorder).

The website, Coadwordbooks.com, contains a number of well researched and documented articles to support the book that Dr. Coad has written that details his comprehensive work explaining DID. Access to the articles and other resources on the site is free. A video series to accompany the articles is planned for later this year.

A spokesperson for the new website says, “Dr. Norman L. Coad has been treating people affected by dissociative identity disorder (also called multiple personality disorder) for over 25 years. While many therapists have successes with this difficult disorder, Dr. Coad has developed treatment methods that have helped many patients live functional, productive lives.”

Dr. Coad’s book is a comprehensive work on DID which, through direct client contact builds a thorough and complete source of help for professional therapists, pastoral counselors and any others who find themselves having to help those affected by DID.

The therapies are based on a biblical world view which embraces insights from both behaviorism and biblically based counseling. They have been shown to be very effective in healing DID. More on these therapies can be seen on the new website.

Dr. Coad recognizes that DID is an important issue that requires additional therapists. He believes his treatment methods are a positive and effective means to help many dissociated people. He has written a book, “The Divided Soul“, aimed to help therapists and counsellors who treat DID (MPD).

Those who are interested in learning more about dissociative identity disorder or in learning more about the insights that Dr. Coad provides through his years of experience can visit the new site online.

One client writes, “I have lived through the experience of seeing a loved one’s life self-destruct before my very eyes and have gone through psychological counseling with all of its life skills and coping mechanisms and I have seen the effects of going the route of psychiatrists and medications. Through all this I have lived the discouragement of watching the process go one step forward and three steps backward in the treatment of symptoms of Dissociative Identity Disorder. Dr. Coad, in The Divided Soul, goes to the roots and treats the cause through spiritual healing of their origins, providing long-term effects based upon biblical principles. I am grateful for his investment in my life and the lives of my loved ones. There is hope and healing!”
