Construction Accident Lawyer Calls Death Of San Francisco Worker A Tragedy

The man, described by ABC7 as a middle-aged man between 40 and 50 years old, was killed as he was standing on top of a cherry picker. Several people witnessed the accident as the man made contact with the concrete ceiling. He was immediately brought down and pronounced dead at the scene.
